It was an amazing day over in El Segundo on Thursday, May 5th! To help celebrate Moms and Moms to be we held a special class followed by a healthy lunch. Anyone was able to attend and the class was packed with Mothers and their babies.
One of our members Craig had a heart attack, at the Canoga Park Spectrum on 4/15/11. Thanks to the help of our well trained staff, he was around to enjoy the holidays with his family. Kudos to Diana Poff, Michael Zeno, and Erika Ramirez for all their help!

Mediterranean Pesto Pizza:
1 whole grain pizza crust, Naan bread, or other pizza crust
1/3 cup light pesto sauce
10-15 fresh baby spinach leaves
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small roma tomato, thinly sliced

4 canned artichoke hearts, sliced
