Spectrum Athletic Clubs has partnered with GotScrap? and is offering a one-time-only trade — your old workout equipment for a no-fee enrollment at any of its three Santa Barbara locations. This one-time-only membership special is available this Thursday through Monday. All old equipment will be recycled thanks to a new service being introduced in Southern California called 1-800-GOT-SCRAP.

It was an amazing day over in El Segundo on Thursday, May 5th! To help celebrate Moms and Moms to be we held a special class followed by a healthy lunch. Anyone was able to attend and the class was packed with Mothers and their babies.
