According to the published document in BMC Medicine, we may be able to identify a fat that appears to associate with chemical changes in the DNA. This might help identify those that are at risk and be able to reduce it.

Hearty Chicken Salad:

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
2 ribs celery, diced
3-4 green onions, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, peeled and diced
ΒΌ cup light Mayo or plain yogurt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard or grain mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
*Dash of garlic powder, if desired

Last week, our Prue Road location, had a pretty incredible incident where a member suffered a heart attack and was saved due to 2 quick thinking personal trainers who were able to put their CPR training to use. The amazing trainers, who we could not thank enough, were Rosa Gonzales and Andre Miller. We can not stress enough how important knowing CPR is. We pride ourselves in having our full staff trained in CPR.
